The owners wanted to partially renovate their chalet

by modernizing its atmosphere while preserving its mountain character. The intervention focused primarily on the existing paneling, which was sandblasted and then stained in a warmer shade

in order to bring more softness to the spaces. In collaboration with Atelier des Frères, upholsterers, we have developed a world blending natural tones and warm materials and vintage touches, notably through the use of tartan. The centerpiece of the living room, the fireplace, was designed as a true decorative element: its hood, covered in a light-colored fabric, brings texture and creates a subtle contrast with the wood-paneled walls. The furniture was selected from the BY store in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains to create a harmonious and timeless atmosphere. Rooms involved: ski room, swimming pool, bedrooms, living room, kitchen and master suite.
